  • Thanks Rozzy - yes I'm considering doing that. Think I'll leave it until saturday and take it from there if EA hasnt rung. I just get the feeling with the vendors that they're very attached to the house and unwilling to part with it despite our offer being very reasonable! Just have to contend with hubby who thinks we need to up offer but I'm holding out as we'd be mad to bid anymore!

I think you will find they either bite your hand off or just stay put now Becky with all the doom and gloom in the news. Go and look at the other places.
  • Just spoken to EA to find out whats happening. There has been another bid on house slightly higher than ours which has been rejected - spoke to different EA and I believe her. More viewings on house this weekend as they want higher price than bids that have already been accepted. I dont think they'll get higher price than what we've submitted but so frustrating when sellers wont wake up and smell the proverbial bacon.
