Tuesday 23/09/08 What small dfw things have you done today???

    haven't been around for a few weeks, but am now back!

    today I have/will

    -dinner from store
    -check online banking
    -airer dry washing
    -washed during the night on cheaper electric
    -bake some cakes for little ones, instead of buying sweeties
    -piggy clicks, haven't had any for ages!
    -house work - keeps me warm!
    -been to work cleaning

    Sophiesmum, glad yesterday went as well as could be and that you had the opportunity to celebrate your brother's life.

    Mbaz, sorry to hear about your hospital trip, hope your feeling a bit better now.

    Painted lady, certainly sounds like your a bit under the weather at the moment, make sure you get plenty of rest.

    Smellyoldsock, glad to see you back, i was wondering what had happened to you.

    A big shout out to everyone else.

    Another busy day for me! will be glad when Thursday comes and i can take it a bit easier!!

    Today i have/will do:
    -Been to work and met up with someone regarding my new roles and responsibilities
    -Have typed up two audits
    -Have printed out homework for nvq course
    -I have picked up one mystery shopping job
    -I have looked for more mystery shopping jobs
    -I will do some of work for massage course
    -I will go out to second job in a bit
    -Later this evening i will go and do my voluntary work, all part of the counselling action plan!
    -I have organised and sorted out appointment with counsellor, so will be starting that next week, again, all part of the counselling action plan
    -I will check online banking
    -I will start submitting my website to search engines

    Ok, todays list is more like a confessional...

    I haven't got around to changing my electricity supplier yet!
    There are no piggy clicks!
    I can't face the other daily clicks, it seems so much work for not much!
    I spent approx £4 on complete crap food at the local shop!
    Oh and I drove to the local shop, less than a mile away!

    In my defence,
    I have booked a MS for tomorrow
    I've signed up for more MS companies
    I have been doing email click throughs and surveys as soon as I get them
    Have managed to encourage DH to get his expenses done, about £2500 worth!
    Checked online banking and while its close, will stay within our limit

    I think thats about it...I'm going to have to try harder!!
  • Here's what I did today?

    I did my washing overnight to save electricity

    I have been to Tesco's for an interview for an extra 12 hours work a week

    Had a phone call from the Register Office where I was due to get married on Saturday and they are refunding the full cost of £288.50 (they were coming out to us at our chosen venue)
  • today
    we had store cupboard tea, resisted urge to buy more pasta and made lasagne instead of bologense go me!
    checked bank
    got oil for house, scared to look at price 550l cost over 330 quid last time
    took out more store cupboard stuff for tea

    thats about it really
    !!

    Another cofessional I forgot about..:

    I had to throw some chicken portions out cause they went off before I could use them!

    Thank goodness its the end of the month. I can get myself sorted out and start afresh...I feel like I've gone competely off the organisational rails!!

    I have not been so good however as bought lunch and had to top up groceries (milk mainly)
    I did check banking and do spreadsheets
    Cooked meal from storecupboard

    Very tired and it's only Tuesday, oh dear :cry:
    Getting there...slowly! :D

    GC : must do better
    NSD: very rare

    No matter how slow I go I am lapping everyone on the couch.
  • Not a very active MSE day today...

    I have
    • Been on a course at work so something interesting to learn and a free lunch in the bargain
    • Made tea from fresh stuff ready to go off
    • Re-jigged meal plan for the rest of the week
    • Got £15 in the post that my mum owed me that I'd forgotten all about
    • Got lunch ready for work for tomorrow - left over veg chilli
    • A NSD apart from a can of pop in work
