Website won't load/open !!

As the title suggest, have been using a website for a couple of weeks with no problems. Last went into the site at approx midnight last night, all was fine. Today, i cant access the site, spoke to another user who says they have had no problems today, spoke to live chat who say they are experiencing no problems today.

Have tried in Explorer, firefox and safari...no joy..have cleared cookies and cache...no joy...have run cc cleaner.. no joy..run adaware and avg scans, and the problem still exists...system restore to yesterday...no joy..I am on Orange if that means anything. When i load the page, all i get is the "The connection has timed out" page, and server is taking to long to respond, that we all get from time to time.

Is there something simple i'm missing, every other site is fine except for this one.
The site in question is a betting website bet188.com....any help greatly appreciated.

check your hosts file (c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts). does the website appear in there?
also it could be a problem with oranges dns servers, you could try using an alternative dns server eg https://www.opendns.com/homenetwork/start

Thanks fore the response, the site does not appear in the host file.

As for Orange, that could well be the problem (they seem to be the problem for most things regarding my pc, but thats another story). I'll wait until tomorrow, and if the problem persists will try the alternative dns server .
