Printer recommendations please

Hey there,

Can anyone recommend a printer that will run until the ink cartridges are completely dry?

I have a Epson R300 printer and every time it says the ink is out I take the cartridge out and I can still hear ink inside the cartridge when I shake it. Every colour cartridge has a micro chip on it so I'm guessing this thing isn't great are monitoring the true amount of ink left.

The ink cartridges are like £15 a pop for each colour.

I just want a printer that'll run when I want it to. When I can't visibily see any ink left then I'll buy some. Please tell me one exists out there!
