I initially bought a Reebok ball for exercising pre-pregnancy. But, in the last 2 weeks of my pregnancy (currently 23 weeks pregnant) the baby has been sitting on a nerve (or something) and I get lower stomach ache and bad back ache - I have found by bouncing on the ball for 10 minutes stops the pain completely.
So far, I couldn't live without it. Will take it with me if I go away for an evening now.0
