Finding out the true figures?

Hi all.
I hope someone can help. Im looking to find a website which details:
-When a house was put on the market
-How much it went on for
-If/when the asking price was dropped
-What the actual sold price was.
Is there any way to find this out? There are some websites which I've found list sold prices, but not the original asking price or time on the market, and anyhow the most up to date sales I've found are June/ early July.
I've tried searching through other threads, but could only find links to RightMove and upmystreet, and as far as i can work out they dont offer these details?
I'm not hugely great with the net, so please be gentle! Any help most appreciated.

Wow. If you can find a website that says all that then I want to see it.
Just out of interest, why would you want to know all this, oh worried one?Been away for a while.0 -
Ah, right, I think I have worded incorrectly! I didnt necessarily mean all of those things in the same place!
For example, I've noticed looking through the local newspaper that I think some houses that are on at, say, £180k, were advertised at £200k, 6 months ago, but it doesnt state 'new price'.
Basically, I would like to know a bit more about the REAL market in my local area if you understand me? Not estate agent spin.
I am in a position to buy, but if I do buy within the next year, I want to be, well to put it bluntly, very 'cheeky' with my offers! Some would say its realistic, not cheeky though I suppose?0 -
Would propertybee.com be of help?0

Actual sold prices can take an age to appear. You can sign up for monthly alerts for up to ten postcodes at www.ourproperty.co.uk
Under MyAlerts: "Please use the form below to store up to 10 monthly sales alerts. We will then monitor sales added to our database within 500 metres of each postcode you add.":T:j :TMFiT-T2 No.120|Challenge started 12.12.09|MFD 12.12.12 :j:T:j0
