Barclays bank own it now.
And by the sounds of it, Bonnier has done a runner out of the UK.0 -
Hi PN. This is a bit embarassing but can you ignore the PM I sent you a while back. I read the thread title, PM'd you immediately, and then having read the whole thing realise I am probably too young to be settling down and having your babies.

Never send your own photo, that's one lesson.
And don't mess with PN, that's another.

What sort of retard would spend that anyway? no matter if he had bill gates' cash
desrves all he gets the soppy w@nker
now now, if he had bill gates' cash, he'd hardly be living in a 2-bed semi would he?
Nothing wrong with spending £11m on a house (maybe not that one), if I had £30m going I'd be buying a nice country house with a few dozen acres, walled gardens, ponds and so on, seems like a good way to spend £11m to me.0 -
He didn't buy it to live in anyway, by the looks of things, he wanted to "add value" and make loads of dosh. Sound familiar?
I think he's been watching too many repossession repossession repossession's on tv.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -
Bonnier is believed to have paid £4m in cash and borrowed the rest from banks.
Can you imagine just how comfortable you'd be with that much sensibly invested? Just stick it in the building society and you'd be earning £1/4 million a year!
Staggering that someone can gamble that much instead and lose it.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
People with ALOT of money do not just stick it in the bank and earn the interest (very often). To start with, they quite often got that money in the first place by investing, Money makes money is a popular phrase, but only if money is working.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0

Oh indeed, I totally agree. And no doubt he's plenty more tucked away too.
Just seems such a shame to see that much money blown on a property gamble when you consider how much it's worth to a "normal" person.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
