isn't it terrifying the amount of money one doesn't have?
Unbelievable!
I earnt about £9k in 2005-2006, while paying a big mortgage (OK, I was paying the mortgage by drawing down the 2nd mortgage I'd raised to do that though.... but I knew what I was doing and I knew I was on borrowed time).
Unbelievable sums some people have.0 -
The Times has the same story, and saying there are a load of possible repossessions lined up for Mayfair.

I always knew I had expensive taste but not the money to go with it! Love both of those houses (not the repo one though) although the one in the States has to be my favourite.
Oh well better start saving then :rotfl:We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

I take particular pleasure with this one
but, as someone pointed out over on the times 'have your say' page: the place was owned by a jersey-based holdings co.
so, technically, miladdo didn't 'own' it in the conventional sense. am I right?miladdo0 -
