QVC are not the paragons they claim to be. I have been waiting 40 days for a refund on goods returned by special delivery. I wonder how many people are unaware of not receiving a refund. I know that I have never doubted them in the past and have not always looked at my bank account to check. They say that they refund in 21 days, well that is long enough to forget to check.
I got in touch 8 times and today they finally moved to refund me after I got my bank, smile, involved via my smile credit card. Family ambience!! indeed. Specially created to suck people in
If you are owed a refund by any company then do get in touch with your bank and try always to pay via a credit card

Different story from me from "Price-Drop.Tv".
I bought a watch last November but by October it was broken. I rang them up and they gave me a reference number to return the watch for repair under the guarantee.
I posted the watch to them on a Monday. By the Thursday they had refunded my original purchase and P&P price in full to my credit card!
I preferred this to a repair as they now sell the same watch much cheaper, but I had gone off it anyway. They may have messed up doing a refund instead of a repair, but more than happy with that. Maybe it was uneconomic to repair, so they should have replaced it really instead of refunding me (especially as they now chanrge about £10 less for the same watch).
They never told me that they were doing a refund!
Anyway, a rating of 100% to "Price-Drop.Tv" from a satisfied customer!0
