During a fleeting visit to Oldham today....

On a side note I was quite impressed with the Oldham store. Much better than my usual one in Manchester Picadilly (which is a Quality Save but it's the same store). If I'd had a car (and a bit more cash on me!) I could have brought back a whole load of stuff.

I would agree with that, it's a great store, always really busy, but so much to look at. Shame there's no parking outside - all that stuff can be heavy to lug sometimes!
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

Kettering Home Bargains had Archers 4 pack £1.99 - ideal pressent. Gumball Machines £1.99 (complete with gumballs), Great craft kits, eg kit with 2 square photo frames and tube of glue and 2 pots of glass beads and sequins to decorate the frames all for £1.99. Great gift for slightly older pre-teen girls.

I was in the Kettering store yesterday and found some great Xmas gift boxes, complete with tissue paper, ribbon and tag, 59p, ideal for wrapping shirts, nightwear, underwear or anything special for xmas!
They also had some xbox controllers, sorry didn't really take much notice of these, they were on the right as you go in.

During a fleeting visit to Oldham today I noticed a Home Bargains, popped in and saw that they had official Apple Ipod Photo Docks (model number M9868G/A). They were either £6 or £7 and they originally retail for £30 (I know because I was looking at getting one a while back). They had perhaps 10-15 of them. Without looking things up I'm not sure which generation Ipods they are compatible with (maybe all?) but I'm 99% certain that they won't work with the Nano/Mini/Shuffle.

Have you tried the HOME BARGAINS store just outside of Manchester City Centre, in Salford, I think it's on Regent Rd Retail Park, there is a Sainsbury's, Dunnes, TKMaxx. It's a really large store, lots of stock, very well kept, tidy etc.
