  • We bought one of these exercise balls in the Allerton Road store for £3.99 this week. We were recommended to get one for my wife who is 8 months pregnant. They are exactly the same as 'birthing balls' used in maternity hospitals by women to relieve labour pain. Hope this helps someone!

Unfortunately the cream egg bars had gone up to 33p (still couldn't resist tho!), but got the oatso simple - about half a shelf left of them. I'd been looking everywhere for these so thanks for that!

Also got some Sensations Chicken Passanda mini-popadom crisps - normally £1.18 ish, for 39p.

I find that their "kandoo" type wipes are good as well - they usually have two brands, either wet ones "little bottoms" for 89p, or another brand called "doo-doos" - even cheaper, but couldn't bring myself to buy them! Bearing in mind kandoos are normally at least double that - bargain!

But doesn't give details of any products on offer. Just general info. What a shame

Got a large ironing board for £9.99 today, brought it home and realised it was only worth £9.99. Not very sturdy and I think my steam generator would have broken the iron holder. They seemed ok about taking it back though, even though the plactic shrink wrap had been opened.

Leeds, Crossgates, had all final series of friends DVD's (5 in total) for 99p each.
