I was in the Leigh Home Bargains store and picked up a pack of 4 Schweppes Deuce Orange and Guava juice drink (4 x 275 ml bottles) for 49p.

Yes they are the ones - charging enough for postage on ebay as very light.
They were in the Morley branch, not in the specials, but in with the nail polish removers. false nails etc.

I bought 2 portable dvd player cases/bags for 99p each.

They're made by Fellowes and had rrp £7.99. Sturdy bags with 3 compartments. One section holds 7 dvds. They're much better than the ones that came with the players originally.

In Huyton village yesterday they had Sudoku electronic games for £1.99. Don't know if these were any different to the last lot which were £4.99, they looked quite similar.

Huddersfield and Bradford forster square had lots of the U-glo tan things. I am guessing home bargains is selling them because the u-glo brand has been gotten rid of, u-glo doesn't have good connotations for a self-tan product, although it claims and does appear to have the ingredients for a natual tan. Not tried it yet but got 3 boxes.

Also noticed CleverWhite pure and bright one step tooth whitening kit (both huddersield and bradford forster sq) £3.99, RRP £34.99 I think. These are mint flavour (but you are not supposed to eat them). I got one before from boots for something like £1.99 but I think this was an error and there was only one there anyway, but based on my experience with it decided to buy myself 2. Use by dates vary so check. Basically these are 10 prefilled polystyrene trays, you stick one in top set of teeth, one in bottom, leave in for 30 mins i think then take out etc. So basically you get 5 uses.

Also atkins diet illustrated cookbook hardback RRP £14.99, for £0.79 (Huddersfield). even if you don't follow the diet, there may be a few worthwhile recipies in there

I previously mentioned the brylcreem hair detailing kit in hb for £4.99 and said TK maxx had them for £9.99, in fact TK Maxx sells them for £14.99 at the moment making them a particularly good buy.
