It's the best shop on the planet but you do have to be there at the right time to get the great bargains
    I haven't got one!
  • It's a bummer being stuck in Hertfordshire - hopefully they may expand!
I'm Not A Dog But I May Be Mad
  • They have Nokia car chargers for 99p, high quality sanyo ones, not the cheap quality stuff like what you'd get off the market.
They are old stock though, so the box might not specify your nokia model (it doesn't specify mine), but it should work in every nokia mobile, I have yet to find a model it doesn't work in.
So far I have seen them in manchester regents park, coalville & burton-on-trent stores, these are the only stores I have visited, so they are likely to be available nationwide.
    Next year we'll be millionaires!
  • There is one in the town where I work. I am tempted to go in everyday at lunch, but don't because I get self conscious thinking the staff may be saying to themselves, "there's that guy again"

    does anyone go in everyday?

I do without fail. Why care about what the staff think, go in and save money.

Mind you I think I spend more by going in every day because I can't resist a bargain!

    Outdoor icicle christmas lights £4.99
Leather place mats 1.99 for 2 rrp 3.99
    I haven't got one!
  • I called in there earlier today, and aside from some of the items already mentioned, I'll add a few others I caught;

Bathroom Scales - £2.99, and far more accurate than the ones I've replaced them with
    Toothpaste/Mouthwash/Toothbrush set - 99p
Labatts 4-pack - £1.99 (this seems to be ongoing, I get them everytime I go in)
    Donnay Roll-on deo - 49p

Probably alot more, but was running late and didn't get as much time as usual :-(

To the poster that was concerned about going in every day - I wouldn't worry about that at all, I know plenty of people that do so. The stores are generally quite well organised and clean too, so they don't have the 'stigma' that 'cheap' shops usually do - it's just like going in to woolies really.
  • I regularly visit my local store in Mansfield, and find that there are plenty of bargain toiletries, the soaps and toothpastes are really cheap and I buy all Pears soap from here for 59p and it is 98p in morrisons and £1.08 IN BOOTS, so its a real bargian as are some of the cleaning products and foodstuffs!
  • My mum managed to pick a couple of the Tiny Tears so real up from Bolton Home Bargains today for £14.99. Bargain, as they retail for £34.99 at Argos. Two little girls will be chuffed on Christmas morning!

Also managed to get the Bella tap dancing for £5.99, retails at £14.99 in Argos!
    ;) :rotfl: :T

I went in at lunchtime today and didn't see any  Just shows you can't hang around as they're soon gone.
This site has saved me a fortune :money: ...it's also cost me a fortune!
