SOOD's fine Foods chopped garlic, chilli and ginger in 220gram jars for 59p.

I use them all the time as living alone sometimes fresh gets wasted and they are really strong so not much differant to fresh when cooking.

Buy in bulk when you see them especially the garlic as it sells out fast !

Someone bought me one for my DD, it was truly fantastic & absolultely amazing value for money, I think it's RRP is £34.99 or so I've been told.

Quality Save aka Home Bargains is great.

I'm often popping in after work to have a look as sometimes you see bargains but they sell out so fast that the next time you go they have all been sold!

The one in Manchester town centre has Cadburys Snaps at 69p, in the supermarkets they are more than double that and a few weeks ago in Sainsburys I saw them on 'offer' at 2 packs for £2, which meant they were STILL cheaper at Quality Save! :j

Also Cadbury's Heroes were 99p for a 285g box which I thought was a bargain but you could probably get them cheaper elsewhere.

Can you tell I'm a chocolate fiend?

Also they had a 2 litre bottle of Reduced Sugar Ribena at 99p, and Colgate Super Frsh toothpaste at 29p (50ml).

I've been buying from Preston & Blackpool Minute Maid Froot refresh bottled apple juice 330mls (perfect for kids packed lunch ) for 10p a bottle or £1 for a box of twelve. The kids love em!

I got 12 of the orange flavour for £1 from Retford.

Couldn't believe it as they were over £1 a bottle over the road in Boots!!

I found some Tayto crisps (Cheese and Onion ) last weekend for 15p per bag (Huddersfield)

(I was absolutely delighted to find them, as they usually are only available in Northern Ireland)
