Hi cookiemonster, just come back from town, saw the new shop,it was packed so I didn't go in,I had too much on the back of my buggy from home bargains,I managed to get the last one of those squidgy pillows,a nice bright orange one,the lady said they had boxes of them yesterday and people were buying them a couple at a time.
I will have to borrow somebodys car and take a look at the home bargains in Coulby newham and hartlepool see if they have anything different.
Bye for now everyone, happy shoppingMfit member no 13 original balance £44000

For £2.99 they are a bargain but the WH Smith price is a rip off!0 -
Icon I bought those speakers's for my DD and was so impressed that I went back and bought myself some!0

Saw small cartons of soya (dairy free) milkshakes, banana choc and strawberry, for 5p each! Brilliant if you or kids are vegan or lactose intolerant.
Also Old El Paso Burrito kits (wraps, seasoning and salsa) for 99p.0 -
car booster seats for £2.99. They are quite narrow but fit all the necessary safety guidelines. Just polystyrene with a fabric cover. All the fabrics have teddy bears of some description on them, which for age 3-12 is probably why they are at Home Bargains lol.
Cans of Apple Tango Zero dated Jan 07 - 10p.
All at Rugeley today.:hello:0 -
I bought Homepride tins of Pasta sauce for 19p this week. I have loads of Pasta in the cupbards but never anything to have with it so this will open up some meal ideas.
Also they have a pancake pan for £2.99. I always try to flip mine and end up with 1 big mess so might have pancakes more often than just Shrove Tuesday now.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I wouldn't recommend these. Yeah good price, but limited volume, which if increased too far (via mp3 device) sound is distorted, especially if music contains a lot of base. Just played 'Mason v Princess Superstar - Perfect Exceeder' and the speakers couldn't cope (i've attached a Sony Walkman phone). If you like your volume low, then maybe worth it, but not for me. The mrs got these free with her phone; http://www.play.com/Mobiles/Mobile/4-/3250819/Sony_Ericsson_MPS60_Mobile_Speakers/Product.html and they are amazing for the size and don't need batteries. Suppose after hearing the Sonys i was expecting too much for £2.99.0 -
bought one of these from HB christmas dd put christmas money in it but looked on the bottom and no code it says turn knob left two times stop at ......... and then turn knob right and stop at .........
