Capital One security deposit

I managed to get a Capital One credit card (after putting down the £200 security deposit) as a way of repairing my credit. My question is - does anyone have any idea when this is likely to be returned? The limit is only £200 and I am managing to pay it off every month. Not desperate for the money, but would rather it in my pocket than theirs!
Gimme back my bank charges!!!!!

The deposit is returned to you after 10 days of cancelling the agreement with capital One.

Not sure if that answer is correct carte blanche. I have read that after some months when you have 'proved' your credit worthiness to Capital One that they will not only increase your card limit (if asked) but also at this stage refund your deposit (again if you ask)
