My first time in this forum so sorry if it's been posted before. This is from the Age Concern website;
Energy Services
Age Concern has teamed up with Powergen to bring you great deals on your gas and electricity services. We understand that as you get older you may enjoy spending more time at home, but you don’t want the worry of increased heating and electricity bills that goes with it.
We can help you to find out how much you could be saving on your current bills, and then it’s easy to switch to our Energy Services. There are lots of other benefits too, including:
• Cold weather payments for gas customers aged 60 or over when the temperature drops below freezing
• Free low energy light bulbs
• Free early-warning hypothermia thermometer
• Free energy efficiency advice
To find out more, call freephone 0800 015 6784 (please quote ref: INS406).
Lines are open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday.
