Britannia BS Inflation Beater 2 year bond

Some people here may have seen this bond from Britannia BS that is linked to RPI. I have already bought as many NS&I Index Linked bonds as possible and was interested in this bond.

One thing I notice is that after the two year term, the bond becomes a flexible account linked to inflation. This could be very useful in two years time, if the BOE were to reduce rates below inflation, this account could become a best buy!

The Leeds Building Society offers a better rate with a similar product. However, there is less certainty about the rate you will get after the bond matures.
