Entrants must have an existing mortgage in accordance with a valid written mortgage agreement in respect of a property located in the United Kingdom or be paying rent in accordance with a valid written tenancy agreement in respect of a property located in the United Kingdom, and have made all payments due at the time of entering the competition.
