Help Please.
I am about to try and recover PPI on 3 loans from Lloyds on behalf of my son & his partner.
They have defaulted on the loans and there is a court order for payment.
Should I address the letter to Lloyds Loan Dept or
to the famous
lloyds Solicitors SCM
Thanks

been readin most of the topics on here but couldnt find an answer to my problem.
i got a car on hp just over a month ago, to be accepted for finance (blackhorse finance) on the car the salesman said i HAD to have PPI or they wouldnt give me finance. this is costing me about £50 extra per month.
does anyone know if ppi can be cancelled on a hp agreement???
Would it be possible for someone to send me the letter template as i would like to start the process for cancelling the ppi on my loan.
i'm also claiming back cc fees, setting up a new bank account so i can claim bank bank fees, this website is absolutely brilliant!!

Hi Everyone, I haven't been on this thread for ages, I'm glad to see that some of you are able to claim back your PPI, for those of you still struggling, keep going it may take time, but the benefits will be worth it.
For those of you not yet had the template I am just about to add it to the first post on this thread, so you can get it from there.
Good luck on your debt free journeys.

New question for you PPI experts!
As stated previously, when I went to HSBC to cancel my PPI, they "revamped" the loan, saving me a huge £10 a month without protection. My question is this - is there anyway around revamping with HSBC? Is it possible just to get the insurance amount refunded on to what you already owe instead of taking out another agreement?
This is really frustrating me. My wife an I both have loans with HSBC, so we went to talk about consolodating them (without PPI!) anyway, once all the calculation were done, we would save over £100 per month.
"great!" we thought, but then we were told we could do this because they didn't think we'd meet the repayments... They know we can meet repayments for more than that amount because we have been doing for years without missing any... Are we just being screwed???
I realise that this one question turned out to be four

hello
i am also new to this forum
i am with abbey national and i have a loan with them. because i came unemployed they cancelled my direct debits and said i have to pay manually isntead of me getting charges.. which is fair i spose.. but i cant afford my insurance and wondering if i can get a copy of the template
thanks0 -
I have left on my loan 1 year and 10 months, i dont work at present and when i got the loan didnt work either, so the PPI was no good to me, is it worth me writing to barclays to get the PPI stopped and back dated, i have asked them this last year and they said no.
thanks0 -
