gym rip off

My mum was a member of motorcise gym, and had 9 months left on her annual membership, and it's shut and reopened under a new name, and she's been told she will have to pay to join the new gym. This link explains the situation in full, but i'm wondering if she will be able to get her money back as it amounts to over £200:(

she's had no letter to explain the situation but went to the gym today, as usual, although she hasn't been for a month cos my Dad's very ill, and was told this:mad:

Does she know anyone else who has been ripped off like this? Can she contact the newspaper that wrote the article and ask if they can help?

Actually, it says in the article:

Manchester-based administrators Begbies Traynor are now handling claims and can be contacted on 0161 837 1700.

    Has your mum contacted them?
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
