What do you think the average change in house prices will be for September, given everything that's happened this month?
Obviously the real effects of the most recent banking struggles will not have reached the market yet, but will confidence have been affected this month as a result of all the news?
This is for month-on-month figures, using the FT House Price index, which recorded a 1.3% fall for August.

Decrease of 0-1%I suspect this month will be slightly better than most with the government measures and lowering of mortgage rates before all hell let loose in the city, next month will be different story.0

Decrease of 0-1%Also, a lot of the lenders reduced their rates a couple of weeks ago, so that might have an effect? Might have given people a few more options to secure a deal.0
