Very similar. Tesco one has marginally better processor. Play one has slightly bigger hard drive. Features wise they are otherwise nearly identical.

For me, the Tesco one is marginally better (and obv better value,) but it depends if you'd be using that extra hard disc space or not.

Also hard to find out about battery capaity / life. This might be the only other thing that could swing it.
