Man and van recommendations?

Hi everyone, I am moving and just need a man and van. London area. New flat is only about 15 minutes drive. I do need help loading and unloading which will involve stair work (from 2nd floor flat into a 1st floor). Can anyone recommend a man and van service they've used as I would rather avoid Gumtree? Thanks in anticipation.

We recently moved and used these guys (the move team). They charge by the hour and were really professional, friendly and efficient - they even plugged in the fridge and offered to plumb in the washing machine! Ours was a 'big' move (2 bed house, London to the West Country) and the move worked out so much cheaper than using a 'proper' removals firm, I think in total it cost us about £400 rather than the £1300 we'd been quoted from other companies. They do 'man and van hire' and it seems quite reasonable. No complaints from us and we'd definitely use them again.0
