Hi Guys,
Now, Please forgive me if I'm showing my ignorance but I really need some help with this.
Basically, Have just set up photography business and want to produce and dvd with clients pictures set to music.
I have Nero startsmart essentials and can create it there but the music (MP3) I attached didn't play correctly, the sound was distorted.
Now I am being thick and doing something wrong or is there better/other software I should be using. The kind of thing I want is what you make with windows movie maker.
Im not technically minded so please explain stuff in laymans terms
Many thanks for your help in advance.

Why not try windows movie maker....you can do all that you ask....and if you go on microsofts website you can get the new movie maker....if you just want to keep it simple then don't go after flashy stuff....try the new one you may be suprisedIf you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have failed to plan properly
I've only ever been wrong once! and that was when I thought I was wrong but I was right0 -

When you burnt it with cdburnerxp, did you close the DVD after burning or leave it Open to add more files (this can make a difference), the default is to leave it open (if i remember correctly)."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

Hi Shadowdragon,
I closed it. also forgot to say im on XP. I think I may be able to do it on my laptop which has vista...trying it out at the moment. will keep you posted.
Would be better if I could do it on the desktop as its a more powerful pc and I do all the editing on it. The laptop is mainly for showing portraits at clients houses therefore it's not connected to the net and has no other software on it other than what it came with.
Thanks for your help.DEBT FREE DATE: 05/02/2015!Those things in life that we find the hardest to do, are the things we are the most thankful we did.0 -
HOOORAH!!! :T ok..not ideal but I can do it on Vista on the laptop. Still am open to ideas for doing it on the desktop but for the moment I can transfer the files onto the laptop once edited and make the dvd.
