hi dont know if any one can give me any advice My 75year old mother is a council house tenant(Bham) she is recieving attendance allowance.would she be able to get a warm front grant for cavity wall insall. Also she is now unable to get into the bath and needs to have it taken out and replaced by a walk in shower any advice about whether she would be able to have this done
