Can anyone help I put 100k into BM, anyone know how safe this is, it is in for a year, would I lose any money i I took it out, I was also told that HBOS own bm, how true is this, I'm now panicing as it's not my money it's to pay my fathers homecare fees.
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

If it's one of the Fixed Term Deposits ('Bonds') - I'm pretty certain BM don't allow early access. But, strangely, they appear to have pulled all such products from their website in the last day or so! So I can't look at the key terms.
Was only looking at their rates mid-week (6.6% postal - 6.7% Web) as the OH has one recently matured with BM (6.91%) ..... and deciding they were now off the pace.If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0
