Hey everyone....
well where to start....hehe...ok so familly bought us a new washing machine from LAZER, 6 months ago,
and the washing machine has broken..we have tried everything in the troubleshooting section,and alas it has died....
rang up my relative to see if they still have the receipt...they dont...but apparently lazer can reprint receipts for you..which is great if they do!!
so my relative will get the receipt on monday...and then i can phone customer services for whirlpool....
i never sent away the garantee form..does that matter?? or am i covered because im still wtihin the 12 months period?~
i guess this is money saving....because i will just weep if i have to buy another washing machine!!! never mind not having any clean clothes!!! thank fully a friend across teh road is letting us wash our clothes in theirs until ours gets fixed!! which i hope will be plain sailing..
anybody had any expereinces with faulty goods with lazer?
and do you reckon they'll just give us a new one, or send ours away to get fixed...i wonder how long that'll take!!! ohh my oh my....im cracking open teh wine just about NOW!! lol
thanks for letting me rant..i feel a bit better now..my poor husband got teh brunt of my anger when i realised that the beloved machine was broken!! hehe..i've sinced apologised..lol

hey hey...
just to update, i called lazer, and they can get a copy of the receipt for my relative to give to us...which is great! and i called whirlpool and they have an engineer coming out on thursday!!! so im well pleased again!!! :beer:March £10 per day challenge £627/310
