  • I'm with EDF on prepay meters, during winter i spend about £60 pm on gas and £30 on elect but summer time i spend £20 on elect and non on gas as i get a refund of about £90 on gas. i haven't bought gas since may still using the £90 credit.
    Though the vision may not be the true future of man but it can't be completely beyond his control.

    ...but just think how much more better off you'd be if you didn't have pre-payment meters and could pay by DD and use online accounts!

    The best thing you can do to save is get yourself onto an online tariff rather than the standard one. Prepay meters will cost the same as your current tariff. Online should be cheaper than this, either with BG or any other supplier if you want to switch.
