I am going to go back onto IS later this month when i will be eligible due to childcare probs. I get Maintaince and the first £10 of this will be discounted. If I get a partime job say a dinner lady in school during term time at say 7 hours a week, I will still be entitled to some IS. My question is this:
The first £20 of any earnings usually isnt counted, will this still be the same for me even though the first £10 of my csa isnt being counted?
Because if so I am going to be £30 a week better off being on benefits if I get a partime job....surley I cant be right?
