Storage Heaters Help

Dear All,
Sorry about this, I have just joined the forums and already I am in need of your expert advice! Anyway on with the problem; about 5 months ago I purchased a flat and since the cold weather is here, I need some help on keeping the flat warm.

Since the flat does not have a gas supply I thought storage heaters would be a good idea. I know I need to call my eletricity supplier (NPower) and arrange to be switched onto economy seven.

My problem is that I have never purchased a storage heater and I have no idea which are good and which are not! I have found a place that sells them and I have got a few options:

Robinson Robison Willey Automatic
Sunhouse Auto Night Storage Heater
Creda Sensor Plus

Can anyone advise me as to what to look for or perhaps none of these are any good. Also would 1.7KW be enough to heat a two bed flat or would the 2.55Kw be better?

Apologies for all the questions and thanks to anyone who can help me out,
Leon
