£300 is a decent budget for the weekend Bun - do you want to stay in the UK or go abroad? Ryanair are doing some £5 all in tickets at the moment. If you stay in the UK, sign up to the £25 off voucher with Hotel Club (do it twice with 2 different email addys
) to get 2 cheap nights in the UK.
(and the 'modern' 9th wedding anniversary gift is leather.......if you wanted to buy anything as a gift.........;) )"Stay Wonky":D

Thanks for ideas guys!
Louise, can you get your friend to hook us up with the posh hotel? lol
I was looking at Amsterdam-quite fancy Iceland or Norway but they seem VERY expensive...Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
Next year boys will be 14 and 16. We were planning on just driving over to France again but the cruise sounds lovely.
Bunny - Amsterdam is fab too. We got an overnight ferry which has entertainment etc and is quite romantic. They usually do cheap deals off season from North Shields, you will be nearer Hull though I think.
Someone I work with got a weekend cruise break to Amsterdam for £39 each that was for 2 nights. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Ryanair have some 'free' flights from Birmingham to Dublin on Friday 24 October and then coming back on the Sunday - £25 each, each way including the taxes, no extra if you take hand luggage although they charge for booking unless you use an Electron card.
Also some the following weekend as well. Would cost £44 all in each to get there and back."Stay Wonky":D

Evening.. hugs Spud.. cute pic Sammy.. Bun, I'd second York or Edinburgh (my home city and I've just been watching a film set there and been reminded how lovely it is), not been to Liverpool but know a few people who've had weekends away there and loved it.Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0
