Thanks buffy. With OH out for the last 2 nights I've had a 'liquid dinner' as I couldn't be bothered to cook (main course rose wine, desert Tesco Value chocolate digestives) so not hopeful of much off this week!
I've tested week 2's dishes for my class and they seem to work ok (fish pie with potato and cheese topping and then a quick mayo recipe). OH will be getting fish pie tomorrow night as it's now in the fridge!"Stay Wonky":D

We went to Liverpool for our anniversary last year and loved it. Loads to do and fab restaurants.
Depends on what you like? They have a great Ann Summers in Liverpool:D

What was the cruise like Sammy, I have always fancied one but not sure if it would be entertaining enough for the boys?
how old are the boys....we went on the Royal carribbean which is supposed to be the bees knees, and it was, if you like that kind of thing.. I found it a bit posh for me. It was also a bit too much of a whirlwind... I like relaxing by the pool and OH loves sightseeing, so we went on organised tours everyday which consisted of getting up at six or seven every morning. The weather wasn't brilliant.
It is an American company and it was a bit like Las Vegas on water...and they are very good at parting you with your money. If I was to go on a cruise again I would go for maybe a longer cruise when you have more time at sea and I would go for Island cruises or Thomson...I went with them last year and really enjoyed it.
The activities for kids were slightly disappointing for chloe at her age as they had to be over 3 or they had to be supervised, which kind of defeated the objective really.
Food was also not as good as the Island cruises..Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

We went to Amsterdam, OH loved it and the night life is buzzin....he wasn't sure if I was kiddin or not when I said he could choose a lady in a window...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
