freeview on more than 1 tv

Options
As a money saving exercise I am switiching to Freeview from Sky. At present i have sky link to our bedroom and sky multiroom to my sons rooms as there are 2 tv's in my sons room the sky box serves them both (mad I knw but it keeps the peace).
So what I wanted to know is if i put a freeview box in their room will i be able to link it to 2 tv's
The main tv has freeview built in, can I link it in someway as we do with a skylink to our bedroon so we can chnage the channels in the bedroom or will it be better to have a seperate box

seperate boxes is easiest , you may need to get an amplified aerial splitter to supply a decent signal to each room

  • I left sky recently, my sky television reverts to a freesky box, so you will get chanels from your sky box, plus a few extras, dont disconnect the sky, you can still use it.

If there is a fault with sky, with freeview boxes now in supermarkets for under 15 quid, buy some new boxes

  • yes never thought of that, but I pay 10pm for multiroom, so If i cancelled the subscription I dont knw whether if would work
  • well keep freesky on the main tv and spend 30 quid on two boxes, done

Both Sky Boxes will revert to Freesat from Sky if you cancel your subscription.
