My one year 60K fixed Saga Bond ends on Oct 3rd. I have been offered a Saga one year Guarenteed Equity Bond tied to the FTSE 100 index with the "potential" fixed return of 8.20% gross/AER. Too risky or a good deal?

Its not risky but the terms are not very good. There are better options (with double digit potential) available on the whole of market.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
