Navigo 3.5" Sat Nav VERSION 2

Does anybody know whether this sat nav has got congestion zone in London and other toll roads alert system so that I can avoid the roads if possible?

I think it uses TurboDog 5.0 which is not very good. Have a look on the Ebuyer forums for further advice;)
