Daft sort of a question I know but I am sick of clubs that place $hitty Rnb and commercial dance, or pubs that play diddly dee Irish country and western, I am after a club night that play say Sister Sledge/Chic/Duran Duran/Human League. I suppose an 80's type club.. Does such a thing exist over here?

Doesn't the M Club do an 80's night on a fri or sat......?What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about !!!0

I think the M club was 70's music. We used to go to Paradise lost and *shudders* upstairs at Dempseys
. Upstairs in the Coach in Banbridge and the Banville used to be good, but then that was a lot closer to the real 80s than now. I met Mr Sleepy in Paradise lost, just shows what you can catch when you go into those grubby places

The Empire has something called Glamarama on Fridays. There's definitely 70's music but not sure if they cover the 80's as well.Stercus accidit0

Bar7 always plays 70's 80's 90's on a friday night for sure
Or the Ashburn in Lurgan on a Sunday night is good for the kind of music you want, pity about the people though
