Anyone have any experience with Barclays, what happens AFTER you leave uni?

Well Im done with uni and have been written to by Barlcays to say I need to sort my student account out as Im no longer a student.
They are suggesting the graduate account which allows me to keep my overdraft (I have used £1000 of this), BUT it costs £5 a month! I dont want to pay for a bank account but I need my overdraft as I cant afford to pay it off yet. (Am clearing the credit card that charges interest first, then the interest free one, and then the overdraft).
I havent been able to go and see them as my local one doesnt open on weekends so Im a bit stuffed there....
Does anyone here have any experience with Barlcays. Do I HAVE to pay the £5 a month to keep my overdraft facility?

The answer to your question is on the Barclays website. They offer a Higher Education Account, which is a graduate account with no fees.0
