Hi! I'm getting this same error but I'm not techy enough to understand the link posted above; can anyone help me but word it slightly more as an idiots guide please? I have an 18 month old Novatech laptop with Windows XP. I've made sure I have the latest version of Itunes and I can burn CDs still going straight into Nero 7 which came already on the laptop. I've run the Itunes diagnostics, but don't understand what they're telling me!
What do I need to do now? I don't own an Ipod so all the music is only on the laptop, theres quite a bit but most of it is from CDs which I previously bought and have put onto the iTunes account. I haven't backed it all up, so if I'm going to end up doing something that's going to wipe the music, what's the best way of backing it up first? I really can't be bothered to sit here and copy all my CDs accross again!
Thank you!0 -
