How much dollars for a nightclub in the USA ?

Hello,

do you know How much dollars costs a nightclub in the USA ? more than 500K, 1.000K ?

in a city like Miami, capacity of ~2500-5000 persons...

I ask this because I am not from USA so I haven't an idea about the price

    There were a couple on sale in Miami recently one for $400000 and the other for $590000 - no idea of the capacity

    Perhaps you could contact a US based business for more information
