Would it be wise to invest through 'Cofunds'?

I spoke to an independent financial advisor who acts on behalf of a major national ethical bank who recommended investing through ‘Cofunds’, an independent funds supermarket. However, when I looked up Cofunds website, it stated that it had ...increased assets under administration of .... Am I right in thinking Cofunds is under administration as in one step before bankruptcy and does this therefore mean it would not be safe to invest through them?

cofunds are a funds supermarket. All they do is the administration. Therefore they have x amount of funds under administration.

That has nothing to do with being in administration.

Also, when purchasing unit linked funds through cofunds, the financial state of the company is not important as you own the units. Cofunds does not.

I use cofunds a lot and my website has online purchasing with cofunds (mainly as their website plugin allows me to do no initial charges/bid offer spread unlike other providers).

They are reliable and I have no problems with them at all.
