Virgin Credit Card Advice

hi,
i bought a fuel pump from germany via ebay ( german ebay ) , i think he has a shop or something. Anyway. i bought the pump nearly £700, but it turned out to be faulty. (i payed via paypal using my virgin card.) then i returned the pump back to him.
I did have an email a week ago saying, that they have recived my pump ok and i would have my money soon, but no sign.
I have launched an inquiry via paypal but havnt heard anything yet.
Can I claim off my virgin card somehow?
Please help thanks

I dont believe your credit card will cover a paypal transaction.. you'll find Paypal will support any claim you have as a buyer. As a seller it's annoying! but in your case if there is an issue you should be ok.0
