Do you have any proof the stolen items actually existed and belonged to you?

If the answers no and the insurers dont believe you then your in the crap

the police brought what they could recover to my house i have kept my computer and my tv the rest was in such a state i chucked it out im not to sure about having receipts its things i have bought over the years. the police sat and made a list with me so i was hoping with them seeing my things it would be ok! im so gutted about the whole thing he has basically left me with nothing. he has been charged with it i just hope he gets what he deserves
