Company registration number?

Hiya!
Quick question from a newbie! On a form i'm filling in, it asks for my Co. Registration Number. Is this just my company number as on my certificate of incorporation?
Thanks!

Unless you can think of another number you could put there, I would guess so ...

In case you are still wondering - the company number on your certificate of incorporation is your company registration number - from memory it's about 8 or 9 digits long

  • I have been searching this really interesting forum and found this thread. I know you will think I am really stupid but I do not know my company registration number. We have a very small family business and registered years ago and I have hunted through all my tons of paperwork and cannot find anything relating to the number. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? I would greatly appreciate any help

  • I am indeed a numpty!! Because I am in partnership with my husband and not a limited company, I don't need to display the registration number. I am posting this in case someone else thought as I did although probably not :rotfl:If my information is wrong, please tell me!

Oh good. I was slightly alarmed by your post because I thought limited companies were required to have their registration no. on all their stationery etc! :rotfl:
