  • LOL, some of the responses have made me chuckle! I know it's not the best house in the world, but we really need to move, and at the minute, we live in Croydon and I hate it, hate it, hate it, hate it. There really is not much around at the moment. We've also been looking in Purley, Coulsdon, Carshalton Village and Beddington.

    We are going to go in at just under stamp duty. We'll see...
