    I t seems that the survey is targeted at individuals and is addressed to you personally. I got the survey and my wife did not even though we are both Diamond club members.

    But is it possible to edit the link and change it to my details.

    I did get the e mail but accidentally deleted it.

    Have you tried logging into your Flybmi.com account? There's a chance you may be able to get to the survey direct via there...
