since this morning i have received another 4 phone call ridiculous..
i called consumer direct this morning there wer enot very helpfull anyway ! they only said go to the CAB. anyway i have sent recorded the letter of by fermi this morning and see what happenned next .

i can understandand cazerski thewy are usually very rude and arrogant. when i mentioend that i am bankrupt XXXX of 2008 at YYY county court there answer we dont; care we do whatever we want.

when they first rang up i warned them that if that dont; stop i will contact the police for harassment their answer " we have a special realtionship with the police don't bother we are authorised by them to contact you when we want blah blah...." truly no regard and respect for the law of this country !

Should have told em they would have a special relationship with a baseball bat if they make you come down there.

I bet they would be able to find that recorded call without any problems.

already told them that me and my fan club are waiting for their big boys around f for a truly memorable welcome party !!!! anyway for the moment i am having fun with them at their expenses .

Just think about how much this is costing them in phone calls!

I'd answer the phone and leave it on the side whilst you carry on about your daily business. Believe me, they soon get fed up with listening to the hoover!

I have been looking into what is looked at unacceptable behaviour by DCA on the Office of Fair Trading. Hope this link works. I read through it and the list of rules that Iqor broke when dealing with me are endless, particulary competely ignoring the CABs letters. Although I am glad I am debt free now I know 100% that these idiots pushed me into feeling that I had no alternative, my debt to them was actually only a couple of hundred pounds, my other creditors who I owed much more to never treated me like this. Definetly complaining now, i'm fuming.

Record deliver the letter and enclose a stamped addressed envelope CAz and ask for a reply, hopefully you will get one and this load of morons will be told to stop this malarky.

I think it is time Martin got behind the drive to make DCA,s tow the line, after all these boards are made up of a lot of people that are faceing such breaches, yet nothing seems to get done about it. After all he did much the same against the banks over over chargeing everyone

I agree I think Martin could do something about these morons. Bad enough prior to BR but after it, well that is just obscene!

i agree witrh the above comments these company should be put into line ! Martin should definately do a program about it i went Br because i was made redundant and i could nto find full time employment, then my OH became disabled ( work accident, he qualify for DDA) and i can't understand how this company can work without any inpunity from the law ! i am having frun with them yes but i am also fed up to have so many phone call , we just want to move on and that 's it !

My OH asks if they can hold a moment and then puts the phone by the speaker and plays the music, they soon get fed up :rolleyes:
