  • I think I know what you mean.

    Right when you are in the last folder(application data) can you see the file that we want.

    If so click on that and Jotti should accept it.

    If that fails we will try something else.

    this is the list of files within the file
    first of all its a file called x86 then this lot

    x86
    DIFxAPI.dll
    difxinstall32.exe
    GEARAspiWDM.inf
    gearaspiwdmx86.cat

    which one of these should i do ?

    You should really update Internet Explorer (even if you dont use it), THEN onto service pack 3

  • hmmmm. Not sure why that file is not there, unless it has already been taken care of.

    You have malwarebytes antimalware - Update it and run a full scan. Just to see if something has crept in.
