My credit card was cloned last month after I used it in Morrisons in Sutton, Surrey. The thieves captured my PIN number, cloned my card and used it to withdraw several hundred pounds from a cash machine in Canada.

A few weeks later after a chance meeting at the till with another woman whose card had also been cloned, I spoke to a member of staff who confirmed that a number of customers had been affected and that two of their chip and pin machines had recently been stolen.

I am still waiting for my new credit card.
