I also had the same problem. I called the freephone number and I got through straight away. I explained that I hadn't received my discounts and the operator refunded me straight away no questions asked. Even apologised!
Thanks OP

i used a free p&p code (d5wn) a couple of weeks ago when i ordered online & needless to say the full amount was taken from my credit card - i phoned today using the freephone no. & had it credited back to my card with no problem. the lady explained that as their system isn't live, the discount isn't deducted until the order's processed & then rather than crediting it back to your card, they credit it to your additions direct account - bit of a pain in the backside, but at least if you know that before you order you'll be prepared for the wrong amount to be debited & the phone call you'd need to make to sort it out!0

I placed an order using the code and was charged in full.
I telephoned and was told that to get the discount I needed to send in a photocopy of the leaflet containing the code, which of course,I was unable to do.
Sent the goods back ,but still have not received a refund.
£25 poorer and no goods!
Telephoned again and was told I had been refunded £21.50 on 1.12.05 as £3.50 postage was non-refundable,but my credit card statement dated 12.12.05 still not showing refund.
What a shambles!
I will never use this company again.
I wish I had spoken to the nice people you all had who just simply credited your account and apologised!0 -
